Old Khamsa

I bought this item 20 years ago in Taroudant. They told me that it is a very old Khamsa with six fingers from a family in which some members have this characteristics (Hexadaktylie).A trader in Marrakech said, that he has never seen a similar object.Does anybody have more information for me? Or maybe not a Khamsa?Paul
