This is Soussi workmanship, from The Tarroudant region replicating Tiznit silverwork which in turn is heavily influenced by Kabyle pieces.
I would guess 25 years old max for the disc ( The beads are halved prosser beads, this bead usage was followed by berber made resin/clay around 10- 15 years ago.)
Nice colours ...pieces now are enamelled using crushed chinese seed beads! the dyes in these seem to get muddy sometines when reheated leading to a deep purple enamel.......I shall post a separate pic.
