A close up of the hall mark
The hallmark on the left is a Mexican Eagle mark with a number three. This shape eagle mark was used between 1955 and 1980 and the number 3 was assigned to artists in the Taxco area of Mexico.
I do not recognize the artist name on the back. There is a very useful book called The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks by Bille Hougart.

There is a similar design on eBay #151249391753 Taxco Artisan Sterling Silver Pin. My mother had a lot of fish bone jewelry she bought in Mexico in the early 1950s. It was a very popular design. Sadly, all that is left is one earring.
Wow! I had no idea of the price of these pieces - or perhaps that's a very optimistic one set by the seller? It's a fascinating design - quite in the modernist line.
