I'd suggest polishing this with a silver cloth to see what lustre and colour you then get. It's very drab at the moment, and it really is not a good idea to let silver oxidise too much, in contrast to e.g. bronze. This looks as though it could easily be made to look better. In fact, my hands itch!

Well, bring out your cloth! Many of the pieces were photographed seconds before they were dhl'd to Sydney, more as a record. I'm looking forward to cleaning them myself! I've bought some fabulous fibulas, with Sarah's expert help, in Morocco.
