Elaborately made hair ornament worn by the Fulan/Pheul women of West Africa.The old hair ornament is strung on a multistrand necklace of garnet beads

Thank you. These pieces were worn on the left and right side of the head as ornament. Mostly in the St Louis Region of Senegal, only by afluent women
