This one was in an exhibit at the Bead museum Washington some years ago. I also had a crown I sold for sale that was full of these ivory figures.. They were something of a style that were made and used . i have original earrings with these too.

thanks Gina, this is nicer looking in person also. It has a protrusion on the front with a hanging section also. i think the figure is riding a bird or some dragon. I will have to take photos of the earrings i have that are huge with figures and buildings. four figures per earring.
