  • I think if you look at the outline of the top circle and the triangle, together these form the "Tanit" symbol used in Tunisia since Punic times.  The scallop along the edge of the triangle strikes me as similar to Algerian models of fibulae, so my guess is that this is from the north-west of Tunisia.
