This is a very strange fibula
because first it bears a ram's head hallmark, an oddity south of the atlas mountains and second it seems like if the holes were drilled on a silver sheet...usually the holes are tubes making up the fibula's body
then i think that this is a very early and very worn genuine worm hole one!!
The ram's head hallmark make it even more exceptionnal
