It is very, very beautiful. Did you clean it after this, Peter?
Very beautiful and in perfect shape.. Is it silver? Peter
Dear Sarah, Lynn and Mustafa; Many thanks for your messages and the link. Yes, I did clean it after taking the photo (I take all the photos for customs purposes as I take them home with me and I clean the jewelry only at my home). However, as this is a rather delicate piece, I have cleaned it only softly. Believe me, it was very dirty. It looks gorgeous now. In February, I am back at my home and I might take another photo and post it for you. I am a bit worried to apply your recommended cleaning technique on such a piece as I do not want the turquoises floating on the water thereafter... The crown is in silver and the "eyebrows" are gold plated. The nice thing on this crown is that it is complete, having all dangles, stones, etc. intact. With kind regards. Peter
