Bad picture, but these are amber quality but newly cut. Yemen use these as well. They are uni color on the outside but in the inside a vague swirly pattern can be seen.(natural)

  • I wonder how the effect described is achieved in the making of these amber beads. Love the colour!

  • Frankie, I had them in the lighter yellow type and in a rather dull dark yellow/brown.  and those were large and almost square.(those came from Yemen.  In both of them you had to look deep to see the swirls.  They had no wear  on them. When the blue light was on it, it showed up green as should. The light yellow ones came from Ethiopia.
