Bukhara-style silver earrings

Bukhara-style earrings in a medium grade silver, from Afghanistan or Pakistan? They are not a match, but they make a good pair on my ears. When I first acquired these earrings they were covered in sticky pitch, which I removed with great effort! The stones are glass and plastic.
