An Afghani friend, who used to sell jewels in Paris, brought for me one of these bracelets from India/Pakistan frontier. She told me that they are from this region ..... beautiful, and very light bracelet as it is empty inside (sorry for my bad english ! I'm french .... ;-))

quite a monumental piece, I thought it would be terribly heavy, but read in the comments, that they are not heavy since hollow inside. I did not know this, resp forgot that this coule be hollow. The weight of an item is not unimportant, if one wants to wear it....
