DEFINITELY MIAO. The closure by itself is entirely typical, and everything else is characteristic of the Miao. I have no doubt about the origin of this at all, and would also confidently add that is is quite recent. Pleasant and decorative: but not a serious collectors item, and of little commercial value. OK, though, as a decorative item!
