Bosnian Coin Pendant

This is a huge Bosnian folk jewelry pendant which features a jeweled filigree frame around a Maria Theresia Thaler. The coin was gilded at one point, and still is on the back (see reverse in comments.) A huge pendant which is almost as large as my hand.
