Bridal costume – Sandıklı (Afyon / Turkey).

A traditional bridal costume from the Sandıklı district (Afyon province). Rural, style of 1950-1975. The red head scarf, the shirt and the apron are adorned with metal sequins and ‘tel kırma’ embroidery (motives obtained by sticking narrow metallic strips through the fabric and folding them).
