BTW: sorry for the long silence...thinks are terribly hectic at the moment.
I am pretty sure that the enamel here is recent addition as well as the coral cabs/drops and chains.
The shape of the pendant has been confirmed by a friend of mine that it is Baluchi from south Pak/Afg and the idea was to enhance it and give it an uzbek feel to it
