Can Turquoise be found in Morocco

Hi Shelley,

I travel and trade in Morocco a lot,

There are beads from everywhere in the marketplace, turquoise ( or dyed Magnesite!) is around from China. The real deal may not be greatly appreciated.

The thing which many of the dealers are happy to trade for is chinese Millefiori beads ( copies of the venetians.

If you care to drop me aline regarding the dates of your trip and the places you are visiting I may be able to help with some tips!

I am in Marrakech most months and have trips to Tarroudant and Casa lined up in the near future too

OK. Good to know.

We will be there in Marrekech from Sept 12 for a couple of days and then off and around to Ouarzazate for a few nights and then to Taroudant for a few more nights. We fly out on Sept 21. Not long. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
